👉 Tasks and responsibilities:
🔹 Operation of fiber laser cutting machines
🔹 Setup, adjustment and monitoring of cutting programs
🔹 Optimization of existing programs to ensure efficient production
🔹 Quality control of cut parts, including test pieces and measurements
🔹 Manual sorting of parts after cutting
🔹 Minor grinding, deburring and sorting tasks
🔹 Daily cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
👉 Materials and production:
🔹 Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized steel
🔹 Type of production: mixed production – small series, large series and single components
🔹 Use of fiber laser cutting machines with automated load/unload systems
🔹 Nesting and program adjustment using PC-based systems
🔹 Documentation of production and adjustments in simplified form
👉 Requirements:
🔹 Experience as a laser cutting or machine operator
🔹 Experience with fiber laser cutting is a strong advantage
🔹 Ability to adjust and optimize existing programs
🔹 General PC skills required (WiCam software training provided)
🔹 Forklift certificate is an advantage, but not required
🔹 Ability to work independently and stay focused in busy situations
🔹 Reliable, responsible and meeting-stable
🔹 Knowledge of English – working language in production
👉 Tasks description:
Work in an industrial workshop environment operating fiber laser cutting machines. The job includes automated production processes, program adjustment, nesting, quality control, sorting, and basic maintenance. Production includes single components, small and large series.
🕐 Work schedule:
Day shift: Monday–Friday (possible Saturday), 06:00–16:30
Evening/Night shift: Monday–Thursday 13:30–21:30, Friday 11:30–17:30 (possible Saturday)
Paid hours: 10.5-hour shift = 10 paid hours (2 breaks, one 30-minute unpaid break)
Shift work: fixed shifts (day, evening or night)
Working time: approx. 50 hours per week possible depending on workload
Additional hours may be available on Fridays or Saturdays by agreement
💰 Salary:
🔹 Net salary on day shift after accommodation deduction:
29,501 DKK (~3,947 EUR) **
