π Tasks and responsibilities:
πΉ Operation of fiber laser cutting machines
πΉ Setup, adjustment and monitoring of cutting programs
πΉ Optimization of existing programs to ensure efficient production
πΉ Quality control of cut parts, including test pieces and measurements
πΉ Manual sorting of parts after cutting
πΉ Minor grinding, deburring and sorting tasks
πΉ Daily cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
π Materials and production:
πΉ Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized steel
πΉ Type of production: mixed production β small series, large series and single components
πΉ Use of fiber laser cutting machines with automated load/unload systems
πΉ Nesting and program adjustment using PC-based systems
πΉ Documentation of production and adjustments in simplified form
π Requirements:
πΉ Experience as a laser cutting or machine operator
πΉ Experience with fiber laser cutting is a strong advantage
πΉ Ability to adjust and optimize existing programs
πΉ General PC skills required (WiCam software training provided)
πΉ Forklift certificate is an advantage, but not required
πΉ Ability to work independently and stay focused in busy situations
πΉ Reliable, responsible and meeting-stable
πΉ Knowledge of English β working language in production
π Tasks description:
Work in an industrial workshop environment operating fiber laser cutting machines. The job includes automated production processes, program adjustment, nesting, quality control, sorting, and basic maintenance. Production includes single components, small and large series.
π Work schedule:
Day shift: MondayβFriday (possible Saturday), 06:00β16:30
Evening/Night shift: MondayβThursday 13:30β21:30, Friday 11:30β17:30 (possible Saturday)
Paid hours: 10.5-hour shift = 10 paid hours (2 breaks, one 30-minute unpaid break)
Shift work: fixed shifts (day, evening or night)
Working time: approx. 50 hours per week possible depending on workload
Additional hours may be available on Fridays or Saturdays by agreement

29,501 DKK (~3,947 EUR) **
