We deliver detailed, pre-qualified candidate profiles, ready for your final interview and placement.

2. How are your services different from a typical recruitment agency?

We do not compete with you. We are your supplier. We focus solely on the upfront sourcing and technical vetting, while you maintain the client relationship, manage the final interviews, and handle the contractual and placement details. Our model is designed to increase your capacity and speed without conflict of interest.

When we deliver a profile, it’s much more than a CV. It includes:
