🔹 Preparation, setup, and operation of conventional and CNC grinding machines
🔹 Machining of various materials and components
🔹 Reading and interpreting technical drawings
🔹 Ensuring high quality and precision of work
🔹 Working on varied projects (not serial production)
🔹 Maintaining cleanliness and safety at the workplace
👉 Requirements:
🔹 Experience as a grinder (conventional or CNC)
🔹 Ability to read technical drawings
🔹 Accuracy, commitment, and quality-oriented mindset
🔹 Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team
🔹 Flexibility (willingness to work overtime)
💰 Salary: €19 – €20 gross / hour
Additional benefits: 8.33% annual bonus, 15.38% holiday allowance
