👉 Job responsibilities:
🔹 Operation of CNC milling machines with Heidenhain control in single-piece production
🔹 Preparation, setup, and retooling of CNC machines
🔹 Tool changes and supervision of the machining process
🔹 Quality control of finished components
🔹 Maintaining machine condition and workplace cleanliness
👉 Requirements:
🔹 Experience as a CNC milling operator
🔹 Knowledge of Heidenhain control system
🔹 Communicative knowledge of German (A2 level)
🔹 Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
🔹 Own car for commuting (advantage)
🔹 Accuracy, diligence, and responsibility
💰 Salary: €3100 – €3500 net / month
Additional pay: +25% overtime, +25% night shifts, +50% Sundays, +100% public holidays, Christmas and holiday bonuses

🕐 Working system: 3-shift system (Zeitkonto 35h)
Vacation: 25 days (1st year), 27 days (2nd–3rd year), 30 days (from 4th year)
