🔹 Production of small, highly precise components
🔹 Work on very small diameters and long, slender details
🔹 Operation of CNC lathes with Fanuc controllers
🔹 Work often performed under microscope (high precision requirements)
🔹 Strict quality control and dimensional accuracy
🔹 Machining of very small and complex parts
🔹 Milling only as auxiliary function (driven tools on lathe)
🔹 Continuous monitoring of production quality

🔹 Schaublin 110 (Fanuc) – precision CNC lathe
🔹 Citizen L20 – Swiss-type CNC lathe (longitudinal turning)
🔹 Citizen L12 – Swiss-type CNC lathe
🔹 Tornos Micro 8SP – multi-spindle CNC lathe for micro parts

👉 Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience as CNC lathe operator
🔹 Experience with Fanuc controllers
🔹 Ability to work on precision micro-components
🔹 Experience with long, slender turning details
🔹 Strong quality focus and accuracy mindset
🔹 Experience working under microscope (advantage)
🔹 Ability to read technical drawings
🔹 Independent and responsible working style
🔹 English communication skills required
🕐 Work schedule:
Night shift (main schedule):
🔹 Monday–Friday: 14:00 – 01:00
Paid hours system:
🔹 11-hour shift = 10 paid hours (1 hour unpaid break)
Overtime rules:
🔹 Monday–Thursday: after 7.5 hours
🔹 Friday: after 7.0 hours
🔹 Weekend/night shifts: additional allowances apply
💰 Salary (night shift example):
🔹 Net salary per 4 weeks (after accommodation deduction):
👉 39.074 DKK (~5.228 EUR)
⚠️ Final amount depends on tax card and actual working hours
