🔹 Setup, adjustment and operation of CNC milling machines (3-, 4- and 5-axis)
🔹 Programming of new parts and prototypes in ISO-code (Mastercam is a plus)
🔹 Operation of Brother and Matsuura milling centres
🔹 Production of small–medium series (5 to 5,000 pcs)
🔹 Machining of high-precision and visually demanding components
🔹 Deburring and finishing operations
🔹 Quality control and technical documentation maintenance
🔹 Active program updates and process optimization

👉 Requirements:
🔹 Education: Industrial Technician / Precision Mechanic or similar
🔹 Strong experience in CNC milling
🔹 Ability to program in ISO-code (Mastercam experience is an advantage)
🔹 Ability to read technical drawings
🔹 Experience with precision machining and quality focus
🔹 Good English communication skills (interview required)
🔹 Independent, responsible and detail-oriented work approach
🔹 No certification or entry test – only short pre-interview (language check)
🕐 Working time & shifts
Monday–Friday: 07:00–17:30
Alternative shifts:
🔹 07:00 – 17:30 (day shift)
🔹 12:00 – 23:00 (evening shift)
🔹 14:00 – 01:00 (evening shift)
💡 Paid time: 11-hour shift = 10 paid hours (1 hour unpaid break)
Overtime rules:
🔹 Monday–Thursday: after 7.5 hours
🔹 Friday: after 7.0 hours
🔹 Weekend/night shifts: additional allowances apply
💰 Salary (example calculation)
🔹 Day shift:
Net salary per 4 weeks (after accommodation deduction, incl. holiday pay):
👉 34.050 DKK (~4.555 EUR)
🔹 Evening shift (from 12:00):
👉 36.375 DKK (~4.866 EUR)
🔹 Evening shift (from 14:00):
👉 38.767 DKK (~5.187 EUR)
⚠️ Final amount depends on tax card and actual working hours
